Duck Stuff: Monday Edition

Ken Goe wonders what the second half of the season will bring for the Ducks.

All of the stuff that made Oregon so cutting edge -- the space-age offense, the swagger, the uniform combinations -- looks sad and a little desperate now.

Rob Moseley talks about recent history and the team this year.

Mark Helfrich talked to the media yesterday during his weekly teleconference.

There is a lot of hogwash following Oregon now. Let's be real. This team is going to have a very average season, but we still recruit great players, and all of those young players now will be effective players in years to come. Oregon isn't going anywhere—like all teams, they are suffering through a season of inexperience, because when your entire roster rolls over every four years, that's going to happen every decade or so. In 2006 Alabama went 6-7, and followed it with a 7-6—that wasn't a death-blow to their program, and this season won't be a death-blow to our program either.
