Duck Stuff: Tuesday Edition

Rob Moseley has your Monday practice report plus has Saturday game notes and Scott Frost talked with the media after practice.

MoseleyThe opening tempo period of Monday’s practice featured Adams sharply moving the offense down the field; he got help in the form of a blitz pickup by Royce Freeman before zipping a pass to Dwayne Stanford, who held on despite a big hit by Tyree Robinson.

■ Andrew Greif has a sneak peek at the game on Saturday and talks about Vernon Adams knowing the tendencies of EWU.

My jury is out on Vernon until I see him play against the level of competition that the Pac is presenting this year. Sure, he tore it up at EW, but this is a different deal entirely. And sure he beat OSU and UW, but much like Boise, when you only play one real opponent in a year, and you can put all of your energy into that opponent—it's not the same as having to play week-in-and-week-out. Word.
