Duck Stuff: Friday Edition

Rob Moseley has your Thursday practice report and Don Pellum talked with the media after the walk through.

Moseley: No highlights to offer from this practice, since the Ducks were walking through the plays and schemes they’ll incorporate in Saturday’s game. … Offensive coordinator Scott Frost liked what he saw from his group right off the bat. “Good job boys, good first period,” he said after the opening few minutes. “Stay that dialed-in.”

■ Tyson Alger says limiting MSU's Connor Cook will start by stopping their ground game and then has five things to watch for during the game.

Chantel Jennings believes the Oregon will need to keep their "ducks" in a row to beat MSU.

■ Jeff Fogle has a stat preview of the game on Saturday.

■ Rory Davidson previews the upcoming battle with the Spartans.

We have so many young guys on defense...and two new guys snapping and throwing the ball. My hope is that we can open up the playbook enough to confuse some of their schemes.
