■ Oregon rallied from behind (again) to win 8-5 against Utah yesterday.
Oregon put together a six-run inning in the eighth, the second time in as many days the Ducks scored six runs in a late inning situation while trailing.
On Deck: Oregon will go for its first Pac-12 series sweep on Sunday when the Ducks and Utes wrap up the weekend at 10 a.m. (PT). Josh Graham (3-1, 2.93) will take the mound for the Ducks while Jayson Rose (3-4, 3.75) pitches for Utah.
■ Not to be outdone, the softball team took care of business by winning the Eugene Regional over North Dakota St. 6-1.
■ Junior pitcher Cheridan Hawkins was named Most Valuable Player of the NCAA Division I Women's Softball Championship Eugene Regional after tossing a pair of complete-game victories and finishing off a third to lead the No. 2 Ducks into the Super Regional round.
