Duck Stuff: Monday Edition

■ Aaron Lewis believes the power 5 teams need to schedule non-conference games to improve their body of work metric.

■ Dale Newton takes a closer look at the receiving corps this year.

■ Softball coach Mike White wants the ladies focused on taking the next step at the College World Series.

■ The baseball team will find out later today if yesterday's 4-3 series win against UCLA improved their stock enough to make it to the playoffs.

“We've got our fingers, legs and everything that we can cross, we’re going to cross,” said Head Coach George Horton. “Hopefully the committee respects the fact that we’ve got 37 wins on the West Coast, that’s not easy to do.”
