Duck Stuff Morning Mud

■ Chantel Jennings talks about the Pac-12 teams with the most to replace on offense.

On top of the Heisman-winning quarterback, Mark Helfrich must replace three members of his offensive line -- Jake Fisher, Hamani Stevens and Hroniss Grasu. The benefit (if it can be called that) for Oregon is that because of OL injuries last season, several players played several positions along the line. But that doesn't mean finding a full-time starter at each of those three positions is going to be easy either. The Ducks get Tyler Johnstone back so he’ll likely fill back in to his left tackle role, but what about the other two? Oregon also loses Keanon Lowe, whom Helfrich often described as the most important player who wasn't seen on the stat sheet.

■ David Lombardi reviews the key Pac-12 position battle heading into spring practice.

■ Ben Salaman believes the 2015 football schedule this year brings intrigue.

■ Mark Flores has the latest on Oregon football recruiting.

■ Dale Newton gives us an injury update on two-sport star Devon Allen.

In baseball news, Rob Moseley gives you his account of what it's like watching one of the games last weekend against UCSB from the dugout and don't forget about the upcoming series against St. John's.

GO DUCKS!

Dana Altman is verging on getting a lifetime contract with what he did given his team this year. Basketball genius? Maybe.
