Where the Ducks go from here will be led by DeForest Buckner and Alex Balducci. Oregon coach Mark Helfrich has already publicly identified Buckner as one of the team's leaders for 2015, the type of player the entire defense will look to for guidance, not just his fellow linemen.

■ Ryan Canner-O'Mealy shares his favorite plays of 2014 where you will notice a couple of Oregon players.

■ Chantel Jennings believes Royce Freeman will be one of the Pac-12 leaders in rushing yards in 2015.

■ Andrew Nemec is down to #3, Travis Waller, in his top ten recruit series. On a side note, JC QB Vernon Davis will be in town this weekend to check out the campus.

I'm going to be really interested in the Royce/Tyner show next year. One bit that takes away the sting of losing such a dynamic player is having two dynamic players in such a key position. I'm guessing we will at least partially return to our run-first mentality.
