■ Thomas Tyner's former high school coach believes Tyner will grow from his 2014 experience.

Staying on the field will be Tyner's main focus next season. Once he is there, even in a crowded backfield, his former coach said Tyner's last two playoff performances should be a confidence builder heading into his junior year.

"He ran well in big games against some of the top teams in the nation," Casey said. "This should be a real good boost going into next year."
