Duck Stuff: Morning Mud

Morning Mud
Rob Moseley has your Wednesday practice report.

Sometimes it can be taken for granted how easy Mariota makes the game look. That happens on Saturdays because of the work he and the rest of the Ducks put in during the week. They iron out the kinks in practice so that, more often than not, minor blips don’t turn into major hurdles.

■ Andrew Greif has a good read on Erick Dargan, the "ball hawk" and wonders if the Ducks can pick up another road win against Utah.

Another offensive lineman is listed as "day to day" after sustaining an injury during the Stanford game.

Chantel Jennings and Kevin Gemmell debate how good/bad the defense is this year.

■ Ken Goe wonders if Oregon can stay in the top four rankings.

■ Andrew Nemec has the latest on recruiting for the Ducks.

■ Joey Holland looks back at "gang green" and the Rich Brooks era.

Tyler Robinson with Hroniss Grasu discuss potential challenges with Utah.

Dale Newton says to complete the dream Oregon must be perfect in one area.
