Duck Stuff: Morning Mud

Morning Mud
■ Rob Moseley has a 2013 season review of the special teams unit and looks ahead to the probable depth chart heading into fall camp.

The best competition could be at punter, where [Ian] Wheeler has enough power to give [Dylan] Ausherman a run for his money. There also figures to be plenty of competition to return kickoffs, with the freshman [Thomas] Tyner given an early edge here. [Matt] Wogan should be a more confident kicker coming off last season’s experience. The graduation of [Drew] Howell along with the injury sidelining Tyler Johnstone should mean a heavy workload for [Connor] Johnson as the long snapper.

■ Kevin Gemmell looks at the Pac-12 north's early entries into the NFL and who will likely replace them.

■ Ted Miller has been looking at the top performances for the 2013 season in the Pac-12 and looks at Josh Huff who will be playing in the Senior Bowl today.

■ I will be back later today with a 2013 highlight reel for Byron Marshall so stay tuned.
