• Former Oregon running back Kenjon Barner ranked among the top ten in 6 of 7 drills yesterday at the NFL combine.

• Oregon took care of Loyola Marymount 6-1 yesterday behind another strong pitching performance by Cole Irvin.

The lefthander from Yorba Linda, Calif., allowed just one run in eight innings, while striking out three and walking none. Irvin lowered his ERA after two starts to 2.40, while allowing just 11 hits in 15 innings.
