Duck Stuff: Morning Mud
• ESPN talks about Chip Kelly and his meeting with the Browns yesterday. No formal decision has been reached as Kelly wants to meet with the Eagles and Bills before deciding anything.
• Ted Miller and David Ubben and debate the merits of the Pac-12 and Big 12 after the two leagues played three bowl games, with the Big 12 taking two victories.
• Aaron Fentress believes Chip should do what's best for Chip.
• Winning the Fiesta Bowl is boring? Maybe, but isn't that a result of watching Oregon dominate the last four years? I even heard it from a family member (yeah, you Chuck) just as Ted Miller heard it Thursday night.
At least two people whispered the unthinkable to me after the Tostitos Fiesta Bowl.
"That," they said, "was a boring game."
That, I realized after some pondering, is what happens when the superior team plays an outstanding game: 35-17 is what happens when Oregon plays well in all three phases
