Duck Stuff: Morning Mud

Morning Mud
Aaron Fentress and a K-State reporter  matchup Oregon's LB's versus the Wildcat RB's and both give the edge to Oregon. They also did a QB matchup giving the edge to K-State's Colin Klein because of his experience.

On the Duck LB's: The Ducks are loaded. Dion Jordan could be a first-round pick in 2013. Kiko Alonso should go no later than the third round. Boseko Lokombo will get drafted in 2014. Only a lack of size will keep Michael Clay from making it in the NFL.

• Adam Jude starts a series of articles he believes are the ten moments that shaped the Ducks' season. First on his list, the 2012 Rose Bowl victory against Wisconsin.

• Jim Maloney opens the history book and looks back at the 1963 Sun Bowl, Len Casanova's lone bowl victory.

• Mark Flores has the latest on recruiting.

The Oregon Daily Emerald compares the running backups for the Fiesta Bowl participants.

Advantage: Oregon. Kansas State is effective at running the football, but that’s due to No. 7. Hubert does his job effectively, but he simply isn't called upon to do enough to outweigh the collective accomplishments of Barner, Thomas and the rest.

GO DUCKS!
