Duck Stuff: Morning Mud
• WR commit Darren Carrington talks about why he chose Oregon and what he is working on this summer. Video courtesy of Oregonlive.com.
• Rob Moseley notes four Ducks make the preseason watch lists for prestigous awards.
Kenjon Barner and De'Anthony Thomas make the Maxwell Award watch list (player of the year) and Dion Jordan along with John Boyett make the Bednarik Award list given to the defensive player of the year.
• Single game reserved tickets of all seven home games go on sale Thursday at 10am PDT at GoDucks.com.
• Ted Miller puts Oregon in the great shape category as he rates the Pac-12 offensive lines.
The Ducks must replace two starters -- we're assuming a healthy return from guard Carson York -- but they actually are upgrading athletically with Jake Fisher at left tackle and Ryan Clanton at right guard. Both are pretty experienced, too. There's also solid depth and plenty of young potential. And there's Steve Greatwood, who is just really, really good at coaching his offensive line in Chip Kelly's system.
