Oregon -- by far -- is in the best shape of the teams yet to name a quarterback. For starters, they have the most exciting player in the conference in De'Anthony Thomas. Regardless of whether Bryan Bennett or Marcus Mariota wins the job, Thomas is going to take a 2-yard swing pass and turn it into a 50-yard touchdown. Probably a few times. He's going to make the new guy look really, really good.
• Rachel Bachman beleives the Pac-12 and Big 10 should ditch any new BCS playoff scheme in favor of tradition, the Rose Bowl.
• Darron Thomas was invited to the Cleveland Browns mini-camp where he will try to snag a job.
• Aaron Payne is Mr. Clutch for the baseball team, coming up with big hits at the just right time.
During the past two weeks Payne has batted a good, but not spectacular, .314 to raise his average to .279 on the season. But it seemed like each of his hits did damage.
GO DUCKS!

I like all of those articles, except for the Pac-12/Big10 Rose Bowl. You have to make sacrifices in order to transform into something that's bigger and better than what you already have. I couldn't disagree more with what she had to say.
