Duck Stuff: Morning Mud
• What do we have here, looks like ATQ is going to take a stab at posting vlogs, video analysis and other video tidbits pertaining to Duck football. Sounds vaguely familiar (snicker)... anyway, good luck with that Takimoto.
• Rob Moseley previews the secondary as we get ready for spring practice next week.
Whenever John Boyett is on the field in 2012, the Ducks will boast one of the best safeties in the country. He led the team in tackles last season with 108, including a gritty 17-tackle Rose Bowl performance in which he knocked himself silly making his final stop of the night, in the game's waning moments.
• Aaron Fentress previews the O-line heading into spring practice.
Expected healthy competition should lead to the development of another quality offensive line. On the surface, veterans Everett Benyard, Ryan Clanton and Jake Fisher appear to have the inside track to replace Asper and Weems. Oregon signed just one offensive line recruit in February; junior college transfer Kyle Long out of Saddleback College....Long reportedly has the athleticism and skills to start right away.
