Duck Stuff: Morning Mud

Morning Mud
Ted Miller has a review of his top 25 players of 2011 where you'll notice Oregon having the third most recognized players, with two of them returning for 2012.

USC, Stanford and Oregon dominated. Makes sense: All three were top-10 teams, and no other Pac-12 squads were ranked.

Lucas Clark is looking forward to spring football practice which starts in a couple of weeks.

Mark Flores @FishDuck.com has another extensive recruiting update.

Oregon beat LSU by 20 last night and will host Iowa on Sunday in round two of the NIT.

• Jeffrey Martin reports Vegas likes the Ducks' odds for winning the National Championship next year.

On its futures board, Caesar's has the Ducks as 10-to-1 favorites to win the national championship, the same odds given to Arkansas and Georgia. Todd Fuhrman said he regards all three as second-tier contenders, a cut below LSU, Alabama and USC, which is the current favorite at 9-to-2.

GO DUCKS!
