Duck Stuff: Morning Mud

Morning Mud
• Rob Moseley takes a closer look at Oregon's first 2012 commitment, Oshay Dunmore. He will be in Eugene this weekend to compete for the Newport High track team in four different events but will be back next year for both track and football as an Oregon freshmen.

In the fall, Dunmore was a spread-option quarterback and all-state cornerback for Newport. He's being recruited by the Ducks as a safety, which fits both his athletic skills and his physical nature.

His coach in both sports, Kurt Hargett, sometimes has to remind Dunmore that, as a quarterback too, he needs to protect himself: "I'll get on him about it, because he'll just light people up."

Bob Rickert has your random recruit of the week, Jordan Simmons. The five star offensive guard from Crespi Carmelite H.S. in Enicino, CA comes in at 6'5" and 333 lbs.

GO DUCKS!
