Duck Stuff: Morning Mud

Morning Mud
• Rob Moseley has what he refers to as the "tentative" spring schedule posted which will culminate in the Spring Game on April 30th at 1p.m. local time. ESPN2 will be broadcasting the game just like last year.

Admission for the Spring Game again will be three non-perishable food items, which will be donated to Food for Lane County. Parking in the east Autzen Stadium lots, which will open at 10:30 a.m., will be $5 per automobile, with the Ducks’ Sports Shuttles also operating from select locations.

Rob also reviews the tight ends heading into spring practice.

This position sets up sort of like quarterback for the Ducks, with one extremely proven commodity -- in this case David Paulson -- and a bunch of other intriguing, but largely unproven, options. You could do much worse, however, than a second-year senior starter who averaged 17.6 yards per catch and hauled in four touchdowns passes, as Paulson did a year ago. He's smart and tough and reliable, and his mobility is an asset, too.

The baseball team heads south to California for a 5 game road trip which includes stops in San Diego and San Francisco.

Tickets are available either online, by phone, at the Cas Center or at Matthew Knight Arena for Monday's semi-final basketball game against Duquesne.
