Duck Stuff: Morning Mud

Morning Mud
No football news today, but all things considered, that's probably a good thing. On to other happenings in Oregon sports yesterday.

Washington ended the men's basketball run through the Pac-10 tournament with a 69-51 victory. The team has proven themselves this year as they were tabbed to finish dead last in the Pac-10 which should give them something to build on for next year.

Brianne Theisen set the collegiate record in the indoor pentathlon with 4,540 points. She betters her own record set earlier in the year. The Ducks are competing at the NCAA Indoor Championships being held at Gilliam Indoor Stadium in College Hill, TX.

Madison Boer had another good outing on the mound as the Ducks took down BYU 4-2 last night at PK Park. The baseball team is now back at the .500 mark with a record of 7-7. The final game of the series will be played today with a starting time of 1:00pm local time.

GO DUCKS!
