Duck Stuff: Morning Mud

Morning Mud
Ted Miller continues looking at the stats from last year. This time it is rushing explosion plays. How good was Oregon? They came in first in the Pac-10 and fourth in the nation on rushing plays of 20 yards or more.

Oregon athletic director Rob Mullens says the Ducks' home game with Nevada on Sept. 10 isn't in doubt as was reported yesterday by the Reno Gazette Journal. Thanks to George Schroeder for the story.

How did the Pac-10 do against BCS teams last year? Not too bad according to ESPN.

Oregon lost a 16 point lead to a stifling second half Cal defense last night in basketball and lost the game 81-71.

Dale Newton does a mid-winter review of the Oregon Ducks that includes all you need to know going into spring practice.
