Duck Stuff: Morning Mud

Rob Moseley links to this video that was co-produced by offensive lineman Nick Cody. Good stuff on strength and conditioning coach Jim Radcliffe. Moseley also mentions offensive guard Jamal Prater intends to commit to Oregon on a visit later this month according to

Rob also spent some time watching the team workout yesterday afternoon and no one was letting the heat get them down. Here is a sample of his notes on the action:

Nate Costa continues to impress me with his arm, and Darron Thomas had some nice throws as well; the quarterbacks weren’t running in this setting, so that element of their game wasn’t in play.
