Duck Stuff: Morning Mud

Former U of O TE Dante Rosario will host a youth football camp this Friday and Saturday in McMinnville to benefit the See Ya Later foundation. He will be joined on Saturday by fellow Carolina Panther teammate Jonathan Stewart. You can find all the details here. (Link courtesy of Rob Moseley.)

The Oregonian has confirmed that Jeremiah Masoli will not be entering the NFL supplemental draft as had been earlier rumored.

While Ted Miller has finished his top 25 Pac-10 players before the season starts, he also expects a couple of Ducks could make his top 25 by seasons end.

John Boyett, S, Oregon: Stepping in when T.J. Ward went down, he became the first freshman to lead the Ducks in tackles since the defensive records were first consistently recorded in 1969. Should be an all-conference threat as a sophomore.

Jeff Maehl, WR, Oregon: A clutch playmaker, he ranked 10th in receptions and 10th in receiving yards per game in the conference in 2009, but those numbers figure to go up as he looks like the go-to receiver for a team that might throw more in 2010.
