Duck Stuff: Morning Mud

• Have to give a big shout out to the Men's and Women's Track teams as two members on each squad earned Pac-10 recognition yesterday The following is from GoDucks.com.

Andrew Wheating of Oregon was named the Pacific-10 Conference Men’s Track Athlete of the Year, while Duck teammate Ashton Eaton and Arizona State’s Ryan Whiting share Pac-10 Men’s Field Athlete of the Year honors. Keisha Baker of Oregon was tabbed Pac-10 Women’s Track Athlete of the Year, while Duck teammate Brianne Theisen was named Pac-10 Women’s Field Athlete of the Year, Commissioner Larry Scott announced..

Fantastic year Ducks.

• Could Jeremiah Masoli be headed to the NFL? Yes, according to Len Pasquarelli at ESPN (Insider access required to read complete article.)

Currently there are three players who have petitioned the NFL for inclusion in the supplemental draft next month but sources close to Masoli say he is weighing his options.

According to Pasquarelli there are many teams keeping an eye on Masoli and a few teams that would like to have him in camp, even as an undrafted free agent, and who feel he could be a No. 3 developmental prospect.

GO DUCKS!
