    Duck Stuff: Morning Mud

Rob Moseley covers walk-through Friday inside Autzen Stadium and reports Chip Kelly feels good about how practice went this week.

“lt was good we got out the last few days. I don’t know if it’s going to rain, but it’s supposed to be cold. It didn’t bother them at all. They’ve had great focus."

John Hunt noticed this interesting fact when perusing college football stats, Jeremiah Masoli is third in the nation in interception rate: 1.02 (two picks in 197 throws). The two picks came against Boise St. and Utah so he is perfect in Pac-10 play. Good stuff.

If you were at the game against USC you probably noticed a ton of folks wearing the Grip Reaper t-shirts and sweatshirts. Here is a story by R-G reporter Sherri Buri McDonald that details how one fan made a dream come true.

Rob Moseley posted his prediction, Oregon 48, Arizona State 6, and then details what other pundits predict, a unanimous Oregon victory.

    John Hunt, Oregonian: Oregon, 34-9
    Ted Miller, ESPN: Oregon 40-17
Jeff Metcalfe, Arizona Republic: Oregon, 31-17
Jason Vondersmith, Portland Tribune: Oregon, 33-17
Bud Withers, Seattle Times: Oregon, 34-13
Bob Condotta, Seattle Times: Oregon, 35-14
    Phil Steele: Oregon, 41-13
Nick Daschel, Buster Sports: Oregon, 34-6
Vince Grippi, Spokane Spokesman-Review: Oregon, 27-3
Jon Wilner, San Jose Mercury News: Oregon

I like the Ducks as well. Oregon 38 - ASU 10
