Duck Stuff: Morning Mud

The Ducks were back in full pads yesterday and the main focus of Moseley's report was injuries.

Rory Cavaille was back for the first time since should surgery and did some receiver drills in a red protected jersey.

T.J. Ward and Javes Lewis were out with ankle injuries but both of them said they hope to be back today. Be nice to see T.J. back on the field, especially with Cal coming up next.

Oregon released it's player of the week list for last week and the winners are:

Offense: LaMichael James
Defense: Spencer Paysinger
Special Teams: Brandon Bair
Offensive Scout: Everett Benyard
Defensive Scout: Mike DiVincenzo
Special Teams Scout: Garrett Davis

Good job guys, it was a nice win.

John Hunt takes a look at the young O-line and what playing at home has meant to them. Here is a little preview of the article:

"I know it was a big breath of fresh air to not have the crowd on our throats against Purdue and against Utah," sophomore right guard Mark Asper said. "It was real refreshing to have them behind us and not have to battle against that to start things out."

"Yeah, home field advantage always plays a big role," Asper said. "But for the young guys we have out there, just speaking for myself, it helped me a lot."

Check out the complete story here.
