Nick Daschel, at Buster Sports, feels that it would not be a big deal if LeGarrette Blount's suspension were to become permanent.
Personally, I feel that he would be damn hard to replace. Blount has proven himself in action as the single season rushing record holder at the U of O with 17 tocuhdowns. And that was splitting time with JJ and seeing limited action in the first few games.
But according to Daschel, and his inside sources at eDuck, the suspension was more of a “preemptive strike designed to return Blount’s attention to school and voluntary workouts."
If motivation is Blount's weak point, hopefully this suspension will have the desired effect. Blount's football future depends on it.
